Booking and Cancellation Policies
Consultations cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged at 100% of the fee.
Consultations cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment can be rescheduled, although payments cannot be refunded.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Payment is required upfront, in full to secure your preferred date.
